Our very young and curious chefs have been enthusiastically exploring local Croatian as well as regional gastronomic traditions in an attempt to redefine Croatian cuisine as a convergence of cultural influences historically present on Croatian soil – from those of Austria and Hungary to those of Italy and France, even Turkey.
Local and somewhat forlorn names of our dishes reveal a wealth of fresh, seasonal, naturally-grown foods prepared using the latest culinary techniques in at times surprising, yet always delicious combinations.
